vb3 output for old browser (no css)

I'm looking for one style compatible with old browsers who don't like css.
I check most of available vb2 skins for vb3 (including Jelsoft), but they are too much based on CSS to render properly under old browser. (too much div, not enough table! )

Has someone already work on a such skin ?
If not, do you think it's possible to create something like this ?
