some parts of vB 3 appear to the left

Forgive me if this is the wrong message area.
I know why, but is there a way to make the board alignment all centered or to the left?

Some browsers like Netscape 4.7 and older IE like version 5.0 push certain elements to the left.

I wish there was a more standard html or xml for older browsers to read.
