Default News & Announcements at the top?
Ok, I did a search and couldn't find anything on this specific request. If there is one, apologies all around.

I would like to move my News & Announcement forum to the top of the forum homepage and have it displayed on it's own. I don't want there to be a forum title, just one row that has the name of the forum on the left and the info about the latest thread on the right. The way that www.sitepointforums.com have it.

It this easy to do? I'm using vB3 beta 6 btw.
