Footer problem.

I'm skinning vB for a board that I visit, and it's pretty much going smoothly. I have a problem with the footer though, I've got an image that acts as the footer with the copyright text on, etc... but it isn't sticking to the bottom of the page.

That was a horrible description.

Okay, it works fine on the forum page, but in the user cp it's around 5 lines up from the bottom and it just looks unprofessional. I've tried adding align="bottom" in the table tags but that doesn't work either. If nobody can understand my ramblings I can provide a screenshot.
