Web Site In GetInfo

I like how in the member list, an image is used for the Web Site link [example]. I'd like to do something similar in the Member Profile page.

The goal is to have both the image AND the text appear if the user has a homepage entered in their profile. So far, the only way that I've been successful with this is to make a hard link to the image [example], but since the image is linked directly and not part of the field, if a user DOES NOT have a web page entered, then the image still appears [example].

I'm guessing that I may have to create a new custom template to get this to work, but I wouldn't know how to begin to do this. Anyone care to shed a little light?
