Default Special Attachment Permisson
I want to open a new usergroup and i want give special attachment upload limit to this usergroup. I want usergroup x can upload just to forum y to attachments without any file limitations. But I dont want usergoup to upload attachments to forum z with the regular forum attachment limits.

Is there an easy way I can do this or is there a modification I can use for this ?
