Default Recommended PHP upgrade (4.3.11, 5.0.4)

The performance issue is the unserialize(); bug in PHP versions 4.3.10 and 5.0.3, in these versions unserialize(); is very slow, but the upgrade to these php versions was recommended due to exploits found in older versions of php.
