Setting up a vBulletin forum to act as a workflow device
Hello all, I am just starting a web dev company. I have come across 3 problems.
1. I need a reliable way to track time that the coders are expending on each project 2. the coders need to be able to communicate with each other in a fluid and well documented manner 3. the method in which they do 1 and 2 have to be dumb as dirt since our first attemp at a full fledged project management suite failed miserably. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I really just plan to have the coders use dedicated fora to create project related threads. Each thread will have bits about their current piece of the project. Thanks -Dom |
