Changing "Last Page" to topics.

On the forum topic listing when there are more then 3 pages (or whatever you enter for the break point) It shows it like so:

Topic Title blah bloo ( 1 2 3 ... Last Page )

Is it possible to have it show the actual number of the last page?

IE: Topic Title blah bloo ( 1 2 3 ... 7,8 )
