One forum with multiple domain mask

I acquired a few domains and want all of them to use one instance of a VB install, exactly what was done here:

Multiple domains and the license agreement

Basically this hack:

"Your forum is accessable from multiple domains but the content is the same for each link. This is OK and does not require multiple licenses. My site is an example of a multi-domain setup that is allowed:

http://www.mscclan.com/forum/
http://www.macsubculture.com/forum/
http://www.mac-gamer.com/forum/

OK, I think if I park my domains it will point to the forums but I don't know what effect it may have on cookies and also on search engines. Can anyone comment on this?
