phpBB/IPB style [code]

I've done some searching, and I've been unable to find this, so I thought someone might be willing to make it. ^^;

I have a board with... err, some "un-smart" ones that can't bother to read the FAQ or anything, and constantly ask how to use a BBCode. The only way, at the current moment, that we are able to answer it is by doing something like this:

[*glow=red]Text here[/glow]
Be sure to take out the *

And of course, some people don't listen to that. So I was wondering if someone could do a [code] like-thing (maybe use [vbcode] or something? I dunno...) that kills vBCode as well, so that we wouldn't need the *.

I apologize if this has been requested before... but I couldn't find it. Any help would be welcome. ^^;
