No show last post details if older than 24 hours

Hi all

On my Forum you will note I use the detailed display for last posts like; 1 Minute Ago, 1 hour ago etc. Some of my forums are not posted to very frequently and have a detailed display like: July 24th, 2003 making it look rather stale and un-popular.

What I would really like to do is, not display the last post time (at all) if older than 24 hours.

I have no idea how I would do this, although I'm guessing it's possible with an If condition placed in the correct place?
