very weird request (i think)

as we know some boards are large in size and it takes some scrolling to get to bottom (ok im going over top a bit here)
but anyway you know how we have different sectiosn such as on here

example - code hacks - then the next section is Graphics and Templates now what i want is a little arrow on each cat bar so when i press it - it will auto jump me down to the next cat bar.

I know can scroll to next section but i like this idea.

I hope someone can understand this.
