Default attachments per user
i did a couple different searches and didnt find exactly what I was looking for, is there a hack or a way to set a fixed number of attachments per user?

what I want to do is:
1. create a user group : Registered(Attachments ON)

2. Charge a fee for user to use attachments

3. Limit the number of attachments for said user

I have a fairly popular truck forum where people want the attachments turned on and I thought this would be a great way to offset the added bandwidth costs and to be able to control how many they upload.

Anyone seen this?
