Default Member Rating...buy other Users! Please?
Is there a Member rating system?

1)You cant rate yourself.
2)You cant rate someone more than once.
3)Admins can contol what rate users are.
4)Rating is displayed by images in the postbit


this would be a useful hack, its like the topic rating, only with users aranoid:
