Default Email Users by ID Number
I sometimes get problems with my email users crashing half way through

A way to fix this would be for me to start again with email users with User ID less than XXXX

So The system wouldnt email all the users already mailed

I have 41,000 members so its a bit of a pain in the ass

Could anyone help ?
