Referral Points

Ive searched all forums and havent found a hack that does exactly what I want. I have the points hack installed and was wondering if someone could create an addon that:

1) When a user clicks a referal link (http://www.infinite-forums.com/index.php?referrerid=1) the referrer gets 1 point.
2) If that user goes on to register, verify AND post at least once the referrer gets 10 points.

3) *not necessary* but my forums are already pretty big but a script that will reset the points of a user to something like 3*posts + 10*active referrals.
