Default Disclaimer or Ok option page?
Kinda like what is done here when a new hack is submitted, before it is submitted there is a page that goes over the hack info and so on...then you click ok to goto next page...

idea is...a hack or modification that gets the OK of the user before they proceed into a forum. Like a disclaimer page.
