Default Hacks and Upgrading
I am currently running version 2.2.7, with quite a few hacks installed (Not that many, but enough).

I noticed that in the upgraded files dir, quite a few of those were files I have edited when hacking.

Does this mean I have to edit all the files again when upgrading?
