Hello,
I need some help making a forum viewable after X amount of posts. So, for example if someone has made 5 posts the forum becomes viewable and accessable to them. If they haven't made 5 posts then they can't view it, post in it, or view the threads in it.
Ideally, i'd like to be able to add the option to the admin CP, under the add and edit forum sections so you can edit it like any other forum option...
Also, I'd like to add a feature where a user is promoted to a different user group after X amount of posts (exaclty the same way the User Titles system works) and integrate it into the control panel too. It would allow you to change the posts needed to be promoted into another usergroup, and which usergroup they are changed to.
The second one is probably less important, but it will still be cool if someone could help me out with it
I'd love to write a hack like that, but i'm just not as skilled with PHP as that! If someone can help i'd really appreciate it!
