Default Administrators Announcements!
I saw this on another Vbulletin site, so im guessing its somewhere here, but I cant find it anywhere...

Basically what it is, is that there a box on the forum home where admins can type in a daily announcement... This is in no way linked to the announcements in the forums...

Does anyone know where it is... Or could someone make it?
