I have a forum on my board (not the online one, the one I'm working on on my own comp.) that's called GFX Tutorials. This is a forum for ONLY tutorials, and nothing else. It'd be great if I could have the same as what you have here on vb.org > keep track of how many tutorials a member has made, and show that number in the postbit template.
I don't need the added complex extra's of "Install" and the user control panel overview of "installed hacks" - cos it'd be silly to say "I read this tutorial" or something. I *only* need the code that selects all the threads by a user made on forum x and count the total and make it available for listing in the postbit template (and perhaps on the forum home page as well?). Pleeeeeeaaaaase? I've looked at existing hacks but I couldn't find any that met the requirement - if anyone knows of one that can be used for this, PLEASE point me to the hack! Thanks in advance! |
