Parent/child Registration modification

I am looking to see if there is a mod that exists that would allow for a parent to have COPPA aged children to be tied to their accounts? My ask stems from something that I had to do for my daughter this weekend. She wanted to register for Pokemon but in order for her to create her account, I had to create my account first, then added her as a child account to mine.

I'm not sure if something like this exists already - I know this would probably be a big lift as a mod
