Show Thread Titles from Private Forums in Activity Stream

The goal is to show the titles of the threads where the thread content is marked private so people will click on those but will be forced to register to see the actual content just like it works in the forum.

I am talking about having forum permissions set as Forum Viewable and View Others Threads as viewable but View Thread Content as closed.
