How to get Sub Forum Name in URL

With either a free mod or paid, how can I get the sub forum name in the URL for SEO purposes?

If I have a sub forum called digital photography then I want my full URL to be seen as

XYZ.com/digital-photogrpahy/thread-title

Any help or ideas?
