Using vBAdvanced CMPS - how to change page title and description to appear on Google?

I'm using vBAdvanced CMPS as home page of my forum. The description of the site that appears on Google searches is the first couple of lines what I've written on the home page and it looks weird on the search result.

How can I change the title and description that appears on search results?
