batch alter settings

Hello,

Is there an easy way to alter one setting on all forums.
i wan't to exclude all forum sections from "Exclude From Double Post Merges" but on the forum whe run that would be aproximate 100 section's a lot of work to do by hand.

is there an easy way to do this automaticly.

after all sections have been processed there are 2 section (some kind of ebay section) where double post should be merged. so disable this setting global would't work for us.

please need some help on this.
