Default Smileys not working in WYSIWYG editor on IE11 (3.8.7)
Smileys aren't working in the WYSIWYG editor when viewing the site in IE11.

They work in the standard editor for users, but not in the WYSIWYG editor. I have confirmed this on multiple sites using vB 3.8.7.

Also the browser detection trick didn't seem to help with it.

Anybody have any issues with this?
