Any recommended plugins for restricting signature access?

I had the View signature restriction plugin but it seems to have stopped working after updating to 4.2.2 . I was looking through the mod folders but I didn't see anything new there. Is there any one that people are using that works well?

In short - I want to block unregistered / users awaiting email confirmation from being able to view signatures
