Looking for a disclaimer mod

Hi guys, I'm wondering if a mod exists that would allow a message to be displayed after clicking on a thread link, but before the actual thread shows.

Example:
When creating a thread, a user can choose to mark the subject as "Mature" or not. If so, when clicking on the thread link, users will be prompted with a disclaimer saying "Warning, you are about to view a thread that contains mature content etc." and then can either continue or go back to where they were. I did some simple Google searches and on here, but I didn't see anything. I haven't done any super deep searching but I thought I'd ask here before I do. Thanks!
