Navigation MSqli error

Hello,

We are having a bit of an issue with our site ATM. We cannot change or update the navigation tabs on our site now after the update. Every time we click submit we get this error.

mysqli_query() [function.mysqli-query]: (42S22/1054): Unknown column 'NAV_DELETED' in 'field list' in [path]/includes/class_core.php on line 1391

I am a noob at this, so can someone shed some light on what needs to be done, or what direction I should start looking. This is the code for line 1391

We are using the latest 4.2.1 VB version.
