Link to Last Post

In the forum side bar, it says "last post by ", but when you click on it, it doesn't take you to the last page.

Id like "Last Post" to be a clickable link taking you to the last page of the thread, or at least to the page with that post on it, versus the first page. The current way it operates seems a little counter-intuitive. This would also save bandwidth as people arent clicking on the first page then last page.

I have found the location in the block_threads template and highlighted the area that needs to be changed, just don't know what to put there.
