Adsense Integration Help

Well I just have a couple questions that I hope someone can help me out with. It will be really appreciated.

So what I have right now is 2 728x90 ads in the below navbar category. And also 1 468x60 I believe in the header. (I'm using the vBulletin ads integration mod in the acp also for this)

Now what I want to do is keep those 2 navbar ads going but I want to also block from a couple usergroups also instead of just one. I know about <vb: if condition="is_member_of($bbuseruser, 1,2,3)"> but I'm not sure where to put that in. Basically I only want a couple usergroups able to see the ads.

Now with the 1 468x60 ad what I want to to do instead of having that ad in the header I want to put it in between a category. Now I was looking around and I could only find this: http://www.v i e t v b b.vn/up/showthread.php?t=9240 But I'm not sure where to go to download it etc..
