Can't connect to database?

I'm installing vbulletin. I've gotten to stage 3 and it says it cannot connect to database.

As far I know I have typed everything in correctly in the config.php.

I added a screenshot of what my site ays my database name is, but I've read on same places you need to put your username before or something? Would this be a correct 'db name' entry?'

'dbname'
'username'
'password'

are all correct so it must be that?
Please help?
