Ad inside first post, not on the right side but on the bottom

Can someone please tell me what do I have to do to make this happen.

VB's Control Panel does give an option to display an ad inside first post on the top right but I want it to display where the content ends at the bottom. It has to be inside the first post though.

Maybe some tweaks in that template?
