Member not logged in, in online display
Here's what I am looking for.....
A mod that will use the IP's that a member has used, and then show if that member has visited or is visiting the forum without signing in. This way the IP doesn't have to be crosschecked manually if staff of the forum wishes to find out if a "guest" is actually just a user not logged in. Thinking that possibly such users will show up in parenthesis visible only to admins and super-moderators inside of the "who's online" display? Similar to how users who have chosen to be invisible show up with a * beside their name that the super-moderators and admins can see? So a who's online display would look like this.... Quote:
Doesn't necessarily have to be in the "who's online" display. Just somewhere. Just looking for it to translate IP's to known members automatically so IP's don't have to be manually checked. Is such a thing even possible? Not a programmer myself, just an end user of the great things the people here come up with. If I'm not explaining it sufficiently, let me know. |
