Attachements Display Question

Basically im asking this:

if you look at this page

http://dreamcast.dcemu.co.uk/alice-428843.html

it shows the attachments as links because in the forum i use the attach bbcode

heres forum link

Yet if i promote it to a cms article it does this

http://www.dcemu.co.uk/content/98129-Alice

what function/hook/code changes it to show that way on the CMS ?
