Default Promoting Users depending on File-Uploads
Hi Folks,

there seems to be a large number of Mods for "Community-Activity-Control" out there which give points and/or promote a user depending an his Activity in the community. For example vBExperience (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...t=vbexperience)

I`m not 100% sure if this works for my needs.

I want to have my users post at least X Pictures/Videos within Attachments before they can see/download pictures/videos of other users; this setting should be only applied to specific forums.

Will this somehow be possible with for example vBExperience?
