Replace Moderation Tools box with individual links

Is it possible to replace the Moderation Tools box displayed at the bottom portion of forumdisplay page into single / individual links.

For e.g.

Delete | Undelete | Open | Close | Stick | Unstick | Move | Merge

Never mind, I made it. I just modified the existing code to hide the radio button and style the label.
