Reuse Submitted Video URL

I've been trying to find a way to reuse the Video URLs (youtube/vimeo only) that users submit via the editor but it seems the editor just wraps video tags around the URL.

I would like a way to capture that video URL or even the just the video ID as it is submitted and be able to recall it as a hook. I would like to use this hook in a meta tag.

Is there somewhere to request paid services?
