How do you Show Xbox Gamercard in Memberlist

I want the Xbox Gamercard to show in my memberlist. Right now I have a user profile field created that members can enter there gamertag and in the memberlist it shows up as text.

I used this guide to add the gamercard to my postbit, but I can't figure out how to add it to the memberlist.

I have searched the site and found another thread asking how to do this, but no one responded to it with an answer.

Here's an example of how I want it to show up in the memberlist. This forum is 3.8.6, but I'm sure you can do it on 4.1.4 still.
