Parameter Handlings

Hello, I am doing some settings in Google's Webmaster Central, just curious to know if I should Ignore "goto". "page" and "p" parameter. "p" parameter has already been ignored by me but I am confused about "goto" and "p"

In forum home, threads are linked like

www(dot)domain(dot)/forum/showthread.php?t=******&goto=newpost

and in thread page below Reply to Thread it is linked like

www(dot)domain(dot)/forum/showthread.php?t=******&pagenumber=

and pagination links you already know

www(dot)domain(dot)/forum/showthread.php?t=******&page=1

which are all same... Should I ignore these parameters?
