Default Attachment: Uploads not utilized within one hour will be deleted
Hallo.

When I open the "Manage Attachments panel" I read: "Uploads not utilized within one hour will be deleted"
But this feature is not working!

All the attachments not used in any post are not deleted! And there is no way for me (the administrator) to cancel them.

Is it a bug?
