Can VB4 Socialgroup URL be search engine friendly?

Is there any mod to accomplish this? Can someone help me to do this and I will pay for a fee.

Instead of this: http://www.example.com/group.php?do=grouplist&cat=1
I want to change to like this: http://www.example.com/group_name_1.html
