Moved now hanging Queries, PM table only.

Here is my problem. We recently changed hosts. I moved all the files, databases all that stuff over without an issue. The whole site works fine... kinda.

When users click UserCP or Private Messages it hangs, randomly. I know the UserCP one hangs because, well it looks at the PM table when it loads. Here is what I have done so far:

Searched vbulletin.com, google, and vbulletin.org
Posted at .com, with no help at all.
I have changed to the default theme with no plug-ins for an entire day, still did it.
I've called the host multiple times, they have no solution and direct me to vbulletin. No one wants to take blame...

The only thing that seems to help is optimizing the PM table every few hours, but even then, it still does it.
