Postibit better look

Hello,

I was trying to find a better looking mod or template for my Vbulletin 4.0.3 forum and all what I found is modification for 3.6 and 3.5 versions. Anyone can tell me where to find a better looking postbit_legacy for my vb 4.0.3 even an horizontal looking one like used on digital forums ?

Also, Where can I find some good rankings pictures (or stars) (don't know what you exactly call things of "New member, newbe, professional " that I call rankings) ?
