Force Users to Update Email Address

Hi everyone. I am really new to vbulletin and adding hacks, so I come seeking advice on which hack to use (if any is available).

I have about 40,000 members and many of the email addresses are out of date. I would like to force members to update their email address when they log into the forum. Does anyone know how I should go about doing this?
