CMS Form to Forum Post Mod/Widget??

Does this exist? I can not find it anywhere but a great mod/widget would be if you could create a CMS widget to all for a form that would accept set data fields and then select certain forums to post it to. Basically a person would come to the CMS page, enter in a few details, select the forum, and then submit. It would then create a post in the selected form. I would like this for a business to submit their name and info though they may not be posting.

Is this even possible? I think it would be a great tool. Subject Box, Body Box, Forum selection, and submit. Quick way to add content from a front page
