Hey everyone,
So I want to change the link the "Register" link points to. Instead of having it go to /register.php, I'd like it to go to a page on my main site where they will first be required to sign up for a newsletter. Once they sign up, they automatically get an email with an activation link that confirms their subscription to my newsletter, and then they will get an email with the /register.php link so they can go ahead and create their member profile. However, I don't know how to change the register link in the top right of my vbulletin site. So right now I went into the phrase manager and changed "Register" to just a period so people will be less inclined to click on it and instead click on a "Join" button in my navbar. By the way the phrase is: $vbphrase[register] I still feel that just replacing register with a period is not good enough. And just want to change the link entirely. Anyone know how to do this? |
