Help needed

All of a sudden my site homepage has gone way too big for my screen and members are also complaing that they are having the same issues

i have set up a test account to see if anyone can help

testing pass is test123

also when i reply to messages the smilies that are normally below the post have gone to the right of the screen again forcing the page to disfigure??? any help massively appreciated
